Mermay - Magikarp

My first foray into the #mermay challenge, where you draw mermaids for the duration of the month of May. This was a fun exercise for me as I'm trying to get better at drawing on a more daily basis. I started this on my iPad Pro with Apple Pencil, but finished it up on my Cintiq. I used Clip Studio Paint.
